2003

Fit Bodies Unlimited was founded by George Gori - he opened a small personal training studio in Newport News VA, focusing on rehabilitation.

2007

Our current Flagship location in Newport News VA was opened, now a full 24/7 gym, creating a “family feel” environment with the same equipment standard of commercial gyms for all gym-goers in the Hampton Roads.

2018

In an effort to bring our services to more people an additional location was opened in Yorktown VA, currently under the management of Jose Gutierrez, and the continued high standard that FBU is known for.

We try to cater to all of your needs! Across both locations we offer machines, power racks with tons of plates, a huge variety of cardio equipment, free weights, and space for stretching, etc.
