About Our Bootcamp:
Our Bootcamp is built to get you stronger, leaner, and more energized in just 45 minutes. Each session combines strength, cardio, and functional training so you burn calories, build muscle, and keep improving every week. Workouts are led by certified trainers, scaled for all fitness levels, and kept fresh so you’ll never get bored. With small group sizes, you’ll get personal attention and the encouragement of a team pushing alongside you.
This is more than a workout—it’s a fun, supportive way to reach your goals and feel your best.
Start your weekend strong with our Saturday Bootcamp! Every class kicks off at 8:00 AM and runs for up to an hour—just enough time to break a sweat, build strength, and set the tone for the rest of your day. You’ll leave feeling accomplished, energized, and ready to take on the weekend.

Members: $10 per session
Non-members: $15 per session

Where are we?
We are located at 2900 Hampton Hwy I, Yorktown, VA 23693, and our Bootcamp takes place every Saturday morning at 8:00 AM. Each session lasts up to an hour and combines strength, cardio, and functional exercises designed to challenge all fitness levels. Join us to burn calories, build muscle, and start your weekend feeling energized, motivated, and ready to take on anything—all in a fun, supportive group environment.
Meet The Leader:
With over 20 years of experience, George Gori is the dedicated owner and lead personal trainer at Fit Bodies Unlimited in Newport News, VA. He founded the gym in 2003 as a personal training studio driven by a passion for people, not profit. George specializes in a range of training areas including rehabilitation, functional movement, weight training, cardiovascular programming, and mobility.
His ideal clients are adults eager to boost their functionality, love to sweat, and appreciate both physical and mental fitness support. George is highly credentialed, holding certifications from NETA, the Scirion Institute of Exercise Physiology, FITT, Functional Movement, and CPR/AED. Outside of training, George treasures his family and faith—he’s “Happily Married with 5 kids!” and proudly shares that he “Loves Jesus!”
A local favorite, George has built Fit Bodies Unlimited into a 24/7 gym and training studio that’s highly rated for its welcoming atmosphere, affordability, and community-driven environment. Members describe it as “less crowded, affordable, and a place where you’re treated with love and respect.”
