    Training Specialties: Coach Burgos boasts a remarkable 20-year career dedicated to enhancing strength, conditioning, and daily living activities for a diverse clientele. His experience spans the entire spectrum, from individuals requiring extensive rehabilitation in the acute care wards of Chesapeake as a hospital-based occupational therapist to the highly sub-specialized realm of outpatient orthopedic hand clinics in Hampton Roads. Coach Burgos’ expertise extends beyond traditional settings, encompassing online professional barbell coaching for retired NFL players, current ADCC No-Gi Jiujitsu World Champions, and even preparing elite-level golfers for the prestigious U.S. Open. This exceptional versatility demonstrates his ability to excel with anyone, from aiding those recovering from illness or injury to empowering world-class athletes.

    Preferred Client: Despite having the privilege of working with elite athletes, Michael enjoys working with everyday people. Anyone over age 20, from blue-collar workers seeking to maintain their strength and stamina into their 40s and beyond to the weekend warrior looking to to remain combat-ready: you are welcome to train with me. I believe improving strength, conditioning, mobility, and mindset is crucial to everyone in our community.
